| Please use the form below to enter your Sky Digibox details. If your Sky viewing card has come without Sky Digibox you will need to contact us with the version number, serial number and EPG software version. These details can be accessed by pressing the services button on your remote control, Services menu (button 4) followed by System Details (button 5). After requesting, don`t switch off the Digibox and ensure that the card is inserted correctly in the bottom slot . |
